This partnership allows homeowners to secure visitors months in advance while giving charities an exciting opportunity to offer vacation stays as part of their fundraising efforts at no cost to either party.

Step one begins with our team working to identify available luxury vacation getaways to offer for charity fundraisers.

With the approval of the homeowner, the selected homes are then presented with details such as minimum cost, available dates, images, and key property information.

Lou & Be will begin to design custom marketing materials completely free of charge.
Lou & Be collaborates with charities to present available vacation villas.

If a nonprofit chooses to feature these vacation getaways at its next fundraiser, Lou & Be provides complimentary marketing materials, including a curated magazine of available homes, a gift, and a promotional video—all at no cost.

Once the minimum bid is exceeded, the surplus amount is shared between the nonprofit and Lou & Be.

About Lou&Be
Several years ago, I had the privilege of traveling to Africa through a trip offered at a charity auction. This experience merged my two passions—serving people and traveling. Inspired, I launched a career with the company that organized the trip, helping charities auction off unforgettable safaris while supporting their fundraising goals.

When the pandemic brought international travel to a halt, I saw an opportunity to create something new: offering luxury U.S.-based vacation stays for charity fundraising.
